A Graham of Glass
A Graham of Glass was created by artist, Graham Stallard, in Denver, Colorado in 2002. Graham and his family have since moved back to their homestate of Virginia and reside in the beautiful city of Charlottesville. Graham grew up in the stained glass business and has physically worked in the field since 1989, learning all aspects the trade has to offer.
In 2001, Graham created the first three dimensional Stained Glass Window (seen to the left) from an idea that was born in early 1996. Graham has taken the ancient art of Stained Glass and combined it with the ancient art of Glassblowing to create infinite possibilities in this new form of Stained Glass using hand blown inclusions.
Since the conception of this new form of Stained Glass, Graham has made several example windows to add to his portfolio and is finally showing this wonderful new art form to the world. Graham's first window on display resides in Benjamin's Great Cows and Crabs restaurant in Forest, Virginia.
